We never ask for a deposit upfront. You only pay once you have read the questionnaire, met your assigned author, and signed a short contract you are happy with.

We read every word and pair you personally with the writer best suited to your story.

Author calls & asks more

Your dedicated author phones or video-calls to ask a few further questions and agree the shape of the book.

Sign the contract

A short, clear contract is drafted together and signed electronically. Both sides agree before a penny changes hands.

Pay deposit & we begin

A 30% deposit confirms the booking. We write, edit, design and deliver. Balance is due on delivery.

Who actually writes the story?+
We do. Every memoir, web story or film is written, edited and designed personally by our small team — never by a machine alone.
How long does it take?+
A typical hardback takes 8–12 weeks; videos and websites 4–6 weeks. Rush schedules are available.
Where are my photos and videos stored?+
On a private, encrypted vault used only for your project. They are never shared and can be removed at any time.
How is payment taken?+
Never upfront. You submit the questionnaire for free, we pair you with an author, and a short contract is agreed together. Only after you've signed the contract is a 30% deposit invoice unlocked on your private status page — paid securely via Stripe. The balance is due on delivery.
Where are the books printed?+
Through Amazon's print-on-demand publishing service — so any family member, anywhere in the world, can buy a copy of your memoir.
Can you bring old photos to life?+
Yes. We use careful AI restoration to gently animate still photographs — a tilt of the head, a slow blink, a smile that wasn't quite caught on the day. Used sparingly and always with your approval, it can be unforgettable. Available as an add-on on video and website memoirs.
Can you lip-sync characters?+
We can. With your permission and a short audio clip, we can lip-sync a still photograph so a parent or grandparent appears to speak the words they once wrote. Treated with great care, this is offered for short narrated passages only and never without explicit consent.
