Your story is yours.
No one else's.
A memoir is the most intimate kind of work. People trust us with photographs, voices, regrets, family secrets and final words. We treat that trust the way we'd want our own grandparents' stories treated — privately, gently, and entirely on your terms.
We do not sell, share, rent, swap or otherwise pass on your photographs, recordings, written answers or contact details. They will never be used to train any AI model, target any advertisement, or appear in any marketing material — ours or anyone else's.
Photos, video clips, audio notes and questionnaire answers live in a private, encrypted vault tied only to your project. Only the writer working on your memoir can see them, and only for as long as the project needs.
The book, film or website is reviewed by you (and anyone you choose) before it ever leaves our hands. Hardback and softback editions are only published via Amazon once you have approved the final proof. Web memoirs are private by default — viewable only by people you give the link to.
Email us and we will permanently delete every photograph, recording, answer and personal record we hold for you, usually within 7 days. If you change your mind mid-project you may walk away — what we've produced so far will be deleted with you.
Every collaborator (writer, designer, narrator, video editor) signs a personal confidentiality agreement before they ever see a word of your memoir. Family secrets stay family secrets.
If anything here needs explaining, or you want to know exactly what we hold about you, write to us at any time and we'll reply personally — contact details on the homepage.
Your memoir, your photographs, your voice and your contact details exist on our systems for one reason only — so we can make your story for you. Nothing more.
